Finally!

I’ve been waiting years for it to be Deidre’s turn for senior pictures!  I’ve known her for close to four years now because her parents worked very closely with the Cascade Community Theatre group here in the valley and since I photograph the production posters for CCT, I’d see Deidre and her family periodically throughout the year.  I can safely say that Deidre’s session did not let me down!  I had high expectations and they were all met!

Deidre opted to take advantage of our terrific makeup artist prior to her session.  I think it really got her into the supermodel frame of mind because she rocked her session!

Meet Michelle-Paint & Mud & Lacrosse, oh my!

Michelle was such a fabulous sport with all of my crazy ideas….her best friend had even more fun with it since she got to help make Michelle “photo-ready” (aka spatter with paint and mud!).   Haha, there was a bit of payback later though… :)

Michelle is a model for Serendipity Photography at Woodinville High School!  If you haven’t had your senior pictures done yet and you know Michelle, be sure to grab a card from her to save 50% off your session fee!

Belly-rific Giraffes

Meet Willie’s parents (that’s the code name for the real name which they’re not dishing on until Willie shows up).  They brought me the cutest little giraffes which are decor from Willie’s room so we of course had to bring those in to have pictures done!  I can’t wait for the newborn session, we’ve got a huge Texas A&M fan in dad.

Mom had this to add:

“We loved laying on the fuzzy rug!  Those photos turned out so intimate and it is priceless to be able to capture those moments.  Kaela used many different outfits, backdrops, lighting, poses, etc. so we ended up with a variety of pictures to choose from.  It was so hard to choose which pictures to print because all of the were so fabulous!  The whole experience was so positive and memorable.  We can’t wait to go back with our little baby!”

Congratulations Paul and Jennifer! I just happen to subscribe to this blog so was reading the newest entry and saw your pictures. They turned out beautiful. Can’t wait to see pics of your little “Willie” and of course see him all decked out in A&M gear. :)

A Messy First Birthday

Little Miss Morgan didn’t do a good enough job getting messy on her own, so big sis had to jump in to help out a bit!  I think she enjoyed herself quite a bit once she figured out that we really and truly wanted her to get her baby sister messy! :)

Their Mom commented:  “Creating a first birthday card for Morgan was wonderful, but seeing my two girls together, laughing, having fun, making memories, melted my heart… and the icing!  Oh, don’t forget those bathtub shots… adorable!”

Awesome job ladies!! :)

Summer fun with Cousins

These darling cousins were last photographed a few years ago.  How they’ve changed!  I thought they were fun to photograph before….they were even more fun this time!

The girls checking out the piece we created years ago in Grandma’s house.  They’re so much bigger now!

Here’s a comment from their grandmother:
“I think Kaela (Serendipity) does a wonderful job of catching her subjects the way they really are. I love that the girls seem so happy in all the shots, enjoying each other! We will treasure these pictures forever.”
